Harry O’Neal is dedicated to helping you.  He has had a life long journey in helping others achieve their goals.

He has worked in the Customer Service Industry starting in high school with part time jobs in an auto supply store, butcher/grocery store and a garage.  Upon completing his electronics training at DeVry, graduating with honours in Communications Technology, he started a 27-year career with IBM Canada.

During his career at IBM he was responsible not only for the equipment but the level of client satisfaction. His success, in this quickly changing computer environment, was recognised by being awarded the “IBM = Service” award and later the “Management Excellence” award.  Both of these awards are a testimonial to his dedication to achieving the satisfaction of both clients and staff and in helping them achieve their goals.

Harry’s early retirement from IBM surfaced the desire to have his own business:

1992 – O’Neal Foods was founded. He negotiated the purchase of a failing Hasty Market franchise.   Harry built the business back to health within one year.  “This was an awesome experience, customer service is the name of the game” explains Harry.   When the business was sold, the new owners lost 50% of the business by not continuing the customer service focus.

1995 – O’Neal Consulting. Harry was working through an association of independent management consultants, doing Project Management, and process design and mapping using his experience and the ISO 9000 process Quality methodology.

1998 – Harry began his Real Estate career.  He worked for various agencies during his career and is currently with Keller Williams Energy Real Estate Brokerage.  Harry really enjoys helping people make their real estate dreams come true.

2009 – Harry was introduced to MAX International and their unique category defining products.  Harry has seen what these products can do and has dedicated himself to building this business into one that will insure a Happy, Healthy and Prosperous life for his clients, associates and himself.

Harry’s hobbies and interests include:

• Antique Cars -  He now owns a 1931 Ford Coupe that was bought new by his great uncle.  This car is in the process of being restored.

• A friend kindled his interest in amateur racing, where as crew chief they won the 2005 Formula 1200 Championship. Harry has since taken on the Presidency of the Formula 1200 Drivers Association (FTDA) growing the car counts from a low of 8 to the 18 that are racing in 2009.  In the process, he has re-established positive relations between the FTDA and CASC along with their organizing clubs.

• Harry became involved in Amateur Radio during the 1980’s.  Although inactive for the past few years he taught radio theory for 10 years contributing significantly to the growth of the South Pickering Amateur Radio Club.

• Harry’s other interests include his family (wife, children and grand children), home, fishing, gardening and Hockey (playing and watching)
